Fifteen years ago (man, where does the time go?) I was invited to join Mountain Country Realty as one of their property managers (back when they had a rental department).  I got my real estate license and started down the wild and whacky road of real estate.

In 2001, I left Mountain Country to see what the world of real estate sales was all about.....and the timing couldn't have been better.  I found myself in a real estate market that was booming and climbing and that allowed me to learn the "ins and outs" of real estate in a hurry.

Fortunately, I was mentored by a very knowledgeable, seasoned and successful realtor team at Coldwell Banker.  With awesome market conditions and great training, I very quickly became a multi-million dollar producing agent.  After a few years under their wings, I broke away from my mentors and proceeded to build a very nice real estate business for myself; became a consistent multi-million dollar annual producer, won some awards here and there and (more importantly) made lots of great friends (many of whom started out as clients) along the way.

Obviously, the real estate market isn't the same as it was when I got started.  Times have changed, the economy has changed, technology has changed......now was the time for me to change.
So, I moved back home to Mountain Country Realty and I couldn't be happier.  It truly is like moving back home, being back in a building where lots of memories were made (back when I was a lot skinnier and had more hair).  Mountain Country is actually the oldest real estate brokerage on the mountain and has lots of history of its own.  It is a strong company with great leadership. The office is classy, but comfortable.....please feel free to stop and check it out.

So, to make a long story short, Imade a move (in one respect) but I am definitely not going anywhere (in another respect).  Don't forget that this mountain has always been my home.  I was brought home from the hospital to my parents' home in Skyforest (where they still live today).  I went from my first day of kindergarten through my senior year of high school (Class of '90) in the Rim of the World School District.  Now, I'm raising my family here.  This is home.  Period.

If you're looking for someone with a lifetime of knowledge about the mountain communities, if you want someone to represent you who loves this community as much as you do, if you're looking for 15 years of real estate experience and knowledge, give me a call.

Or better yet, just stop by and we'll go get a cup of coffee at the Minute Shoppe or grab a burger at the Malt Shop and hang out.  You'll know I'm there if you see my "beast" of a Land Cruiser parked on the side of the office!  If you don't see it parked there, I'm probably somewhere close by….give me a call on my cell phone at 909.534.8183.
