If experience is the best teacher, Patty brings a wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager at Mountain Country Realty.  In the past 15+ years Patty has been a Licensed Realtor, Broker, Property Manager and  for 6 of those years, an Escrow Officer.  Before starting her Real Estate career, Patty was Senior Sales Manager for Birkenstock, where she oversaw both the Telemarketing and Field Sales Associates across the country.  

Applying personalized service, responsiveness, good communication skills along with her years of experience to both assisting the agents at Mountain Country Realty as well as her own clients allows her to quickly access the wants, needs, questions, and concerns of a particular situation.  Patty's favorite clients to work with are First Time Buyers and Move Up Buyers - "It should be such an exciting time for them and too frequently it becomes overwhelming when everything moves so quickly - I can help them understand the process and anticipate their concerns."

As Lake Arrowhead residents on and off since 1975 and full time residents since 1999, both Patty and her husband, Richard,  have a great knowledge of the mountain areas and are able to help you decide which areas might be best for you and your family. Richard is an avid skier and mountain biker, while Patty’s hobbies keep her closer to home. Both enjoy traveling and adventures together - but nothing beats visiting their 3 Grandchildren on the East Coast.
